User Requested Technical Quality Measurements

As per Article 11 of the Procedures and Principles on the Technical Quality of the Power Distribution System, “User Requested Technical Quality Measurement Demands” can be sent.

Technical Quality Measurement Fee

ARTICLE 12 - (1) The fee for technical quality measurements performed upon user request shall be borne by the user if the result of the measurement is compliant with the standard TS EN 50160:2011.

(2) If the technical quality measurement equipment is provided by the user, or if the results of the measurement exceed the threshold values stated for technical quality parameters in the standard TS EN 50160:2011, or if the user is not the party causing deterioration in the technical quality parameters, no fees can be requested from the user.

(3) Service fee for the technical quality measurement shall be determined by the Board for Class A and Class S equipment.

(4) If the distribution company performs measurement with Class A equipment instead of Class S, the measurement fee for Class S shall be applied.

Technical Quality Measurement Service Fee

As per Article 2 of the Decision of the Energy Market Regulatory Board, published in the Official Gazette dated 23/10/2021 and numbered 31637, the Technical Quality Measurement Service Fee shall be as stated in the table below starting from 1.1.2022.
