Call Center Investments

ADM Elektrik Dağıtım founded the first comprehensive call center in Turkey in the electricity distribution industry in 2009, as a first in the country's history. The call center's technological infrastructure was renewed in 2016 as a result of an investment of more than 3 million TL, and the new call center whose capacity was quadrupled was commissioned.

Call Center that can be called at "186" provides 7/24 services to the consumers in Aydın, Denizli and Muğla region. Calls received by the Call Center are forwarded to Power-Cut Management System, customer requests are gathered at a single point, the reason and location of breakdown are determined more accurately, and breakdowns are responded faster.
