Adm Elektrik A.Ş. bu doğrultuda;

İş sağlığına ve güvenliğine önem vererek, önceden tedbir alarak, İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği risklerini kabul edilebilir risk seviyesine indirerek tüm süreçleri sürekli iyileştirmeyi,
Sürekli eğitim yolu ile çalışanları bilinçlendirmeyi,
İş sağlığı ve güvenliği konuları ile ilgili tüm yerel ve uluslararası kanun, yönetmelik ve standartlar doğrultusunda hareket etmeyi,
İş sağlığı ve güvenliği risklerini kabul edilebilir risk seviyesine indirecek önlemleri almak, çalışma ortamlarını güvenli hale getirmek ve çalışanların sağlığını korumayı,
Alt işverenlerle birlikte karşılıklı işbirliği ve güven içerisinde verimliliği arttırmayı
İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği performansını sürekli iyileştirmeyi İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği politikası olarak uygulamaktadır.
