Persons Entitled to Apply
For consumption facilities, owners of the place of use for which a connection to the distribution system is requested, real or legal persons that have a right of use on the place of use, or persons authorized by them can apply to the distribution company in the distribution area, specifying the date for which they demand connection.

- Title Deed (If Jointly Owned, Deed of Consent of Shareholders); if Tenant, Rental Contract (Copy)
- Occupancy Permit or Building Registration Certificate or Zoning Amnesty (Original Copy and 1 Photocopy)
- Internal Installation Project. (GDZ Elektrik Dağıtım A.Ş. Approved and Original, or True Copy of the Original.)
- Internal Installation Inspection Documents (Start Date, End of Work, Installation Suitability Certificate and Grounding Report)
- Copy of ID Card
- Power of Attorney if Deputy is Expected (GDZ Elektrik or Any Electricity Authority, etc. must be included) (Copy)
- If Real Estate is on a Protected Area, Certificate of Authorization from the Board of the Area. (Copy)
- Connection View (If Expired, Extension Must Be Made.)
- Single Line Scheme, Status Plan, ENH Profile (Approved and Original or True Copy of the Original.)
- Operating Responsibility Service Contract (EMO Approved)
- Transformer Deed of Partnership / Deed of Consent or Transformer Invoice and Test Report. (Copy)

BUSINESS

- Internal Installation Project, (GDZ Elektrik Dağıtım A.Ş. Approved and Original or True Copy of the Original.)
- Internal Installation Inspection Documents (Start Date, End of Work, Installation Suitability Certificate and Grounding Report)
- List of Company’s Authorized Signatures, Tax Details, ID Card If Real Person (Copy)
- Power of Attorney if Deputy is Expected (GDZ Elektrik or Any Electricity Authority, etc. must be included) (Copy)
- For Places of Use That Do Not Require a License, Certificate of Authorization from Relevant Authorities as per Legislation (Original Copy and 1 Photocopy) (No License Shall Be Sought When This Certificate Is Provided)

- Agricultural Irrigation Report from State Hydraulic Works (In the name of the subscriber) (1 True Copy of the Original and 1 Photocopy)
- Tariff If Only One Shallow Well Certificate (Construction Site)
- Internal Installation Project, (GDZ Elektrik Dağıtım A.Ş. Approved and Original or True Copy of the Original.)
- Internal Installation Inspection Documents (Start Date, End of Work, Installation Suitability Certificate and Grounding Report)
- Out-of-Basin Certificate or Authorization Letter from İZSU (Photocopy) for Buca, Menderes and Torbalı
- List of Company’s Authorized Signatures, Tax Details, ID Card If Real Person (Copy)
- Power of Attorney if Deputy is Expected (GDZ Elektrik or Any Electricity Authority, etc. must be included) (Copy)

- In addition, actions shall be taken based on the agricultural irrigation subscription group if it is documented that it is registered in the Greenhouse Registration System as per the Greenhouse Registration System Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 25.06.2014 and numbered 29041, or if a document is provided obtained from Provincial/District Directorates that it is related with greenhouse activities.
NOTE: For residential and commercial subscription groups, you can also provide documents obtained from relevant authorities as per Provisional Articles 11 and 16 of the Zoning Law No. 3194, and Law No. 6360, and as per Paragraph 14 of Provisional Article 1 of the Law No. 6360 for villages converted to neighborhoods.
