Esteemed Stakeholders, We have left 2021 behind, a year that transformed the lives of millions of people due to the pandemic and during the year, we witnessed important events whose effects we will see in history books in the future. Having affected our country together with the rest of the world, the COVID-19 pandemic caused significant transformations in both daily life and the real economy, affecting these areas unprecedently. The whole world faced a change that was never seen before. It was right at this point that we saw once again the importance of digitalization. We were on time to leave the structures we were familiar with and keep up with the evolving business models. The 360° digital transformation, supported by the quick actions we took, ensured that our working systems, as well as the practices we implemented for customer services, adapted to the needs of the day.

In this journey where we deliver “Energy for Life”, 2021 was an important year for us; with our strength, technologies and structure investments for digitalization. We strive to continuously improve our service quality through investments in our distribution area, while continuing to increase the value we create for all the components in our local stakeholder network. 

Although 2021 was a tough year for our country and for the rest of the world, it ended with happy news and developments for us. Adm Elektrik Dağıtım is very happy to get the “Great Place to Work” certification in a trust index survey where our colleagues assessed our company based on reliability, justice, team spirit, pride and respect culture criteria in a program by the Great Place to Work® Institute, a global organization for corporate culture and employee satisfaction. Our main source of motivation also for 2022 is to maintain this significant success and offer a “Great Place to Work”. Another important action we took was to become a party to the United Nations Global Compact as Adm Elektrik Dağıtım. We commit to and support the sustainable development goals of the 10 Principles in human rights, environment, labor and anti-corruption set out in the United Nations Global Compact, the largest sustainability platform in the world.

We keep investing in technology to improve and strengthen the power distribution infrastructure in the cities through practices that touch every area in life and offer solutions accordingly. In 2022, we are going to keep improving and delivering “Energy for Life”. A big thank you to our employees and stakeholders who stand by our side on this journey, where we offer our clients electricity, one of the most basic components for the quality of our daily lives, without compromising on our efficient, high-quality and sustainable service approach.
