Dear Customers, Business Partners and Coworkers, In Aydın, Denizli and Muğla, Adm Elektrik Dağıtım provides electricity, which is a must in daily life, through technologies that improve with a human-oriented service approach. Our company has broken many grounds in the power distribution sector up to date, which allowed it to lead the industry. As such, we benefit from our practices that touch every area in life and offer solutions to make technology investments to improve and strengthen the infrastructure for power distribution. 2021 was a year during which Adm Elektrik Dağıtım turned challenges into opportunities and never ceased to carry out sustainability projects. In line with our sustainability strategy, we aimed to have practices that will always carry forward our social, economic and environmental performance. At Adm Elektrik Dağıtım, we have committed to the 10 principles of the United Nations Global Compact, which is the most extensive sustainability platform in the world, with the aim of creating a sustainable, innovative and human-oriented value for the environment, our colleagues and the planet we live on, and building a basis for a long-term success in human rights, environment, labor and anti-corruption. |
Our main objective in all processes and activities is to implement projects that embrace the 10 Principles of the United Nations Global Compact. The investments we make in our human resource, as well as our social investments, are in compliance with these principles. The sensibility we have to create a great employee experience environment for our esteemed colleagues was certified as a “Great Place to Work” by the Great Place to Work® Institute, which is an organization offering global services for corporate culture and employee satisfaction. We believe that this significant success is a result of our sustainable goals. Adm Elektrik Dağıtım continued to create value for the environment, economy and society while proceeding with the sustainability-based social responsibility projects. In addition to our services that directly touch people, 2021 was also a year where we kept developing projects that add value to the society and nature. We keep improving and proceeding with our projects, i.e. “Energy Hunters” developed for kids aged 4 to 8 with the aim of increasing their awareness for efficient use of energy and saving; “A New Home for Storks” developed for nature and a sustainable life; and “Adm Elektrik Dağıtım Memorial Forests”. Our project “Energy Hunters” have touched more than 6,000 families to date. Moreover, we are happy to become a home to more than 6,000 storks every year since 2009.
In the upcoming period, Adm Elektrik Dağıtım will continue to follow a policy that creates social awareness, reflects positive impacts on society and implements sustainable projects in education and environment. As a responsible community that has integrated sustainability into business processes, we are in search of sustainable practices. The most important strengths we have to implement these practices are our deep-rooted management system and employees. With this in mind, we implement managerial practices focused on diversity and inclusion to improve our employees and community. In addition to the high-quality services we offer, we will keep taking concrete and sustainable initiatives that care for the environment and social development to continue creating permanent value for Turkey, and for our service region in particular. We are aware of all the responsibilities we have to ensure that the value we create for all of our stakeholders to be sustainable.
